[THIN] Terminal Services License Server 2000/2003

I have a Windows 2003 TS License Server and there are CALs installed for
TS Windows 2000.
What happens if I install on the same License Server CALs for TS Windows
2003?
Assume that there are 50 CALs for W2000 and 40 Calls for W2003.
I understand that if there is a user connecting to W2003 TS it uses
licenses for W2003.
If a user connects to W2000 TS it should use a license for W2000.
My question:
What happens if a user connects to TS W2000 and there are no available
licenses for W2000 but there are free licenses for W2003. Will the user
have a license assigned from W2003 pool?
