I point them all to c:\temp. I think you can do it by group policy or = by changing it in user shell folders. Just don't get user shell folders = and shell folders confused. I did that once and drove myself nuts until = I figured it out. If you are using nt 4, there is a nice policy on = thethin that will set it.
