There is a way to set the TCP timeout parameter.  I would look that up and
see if it helps.  I don't remember off the top of my head what it is, but I
think even some Citrix documentation that J.K. and Magnus sent me had info
pertaining to this reg hack.  I'll take a look around...

The problem seems to be that the retransmits of the packets are happening
too fast.  Like the server is not waiting long enough to get response before
resending.

Could it be due to us using M$ Select?

It isn't always put in the reg. by default when the OS is loaded.  I have,
on occasion, had to put this reg hack in.
