[THIN] Taskbar and minimized windows --- WHERE DID THEY GO?

Has anyone seen this?
When users login to a session in CitrixXp and they want to minimize some
open apps, the apps do NOT show up in the taskbar. I can do a ALT+TAB,
but that does not solve this issue. I have looked on Microsoft and
Citrix's web site but could not find anything close to this. Any help
would be great :-)
