Somehow I inadvertantly turned off the ability for users (including Administrators) to right-click the taskbar. I would like this available to everyone. It is not set in the policy so I'm not sure why users can't right-click the taskbar. I'm running Windows 2000. I know of the registry key NoTrayContextMenu but it says this works for NT only. Do anyone know of the correct registry key? Context Menu works everywhere else but the taskbar.
