[THIN] Tarantella Question

I am testing Tarantella right now, and for some reason, when I login as a
NON-admin level user the "please wait" Connecting to Application server xxx
never goes away event though the application comes up behind it. If I login
as an admin user, the Application comes up seamlessly. Any idea?
This is on a 2003 Enterprise Edition server.
