That is the best license model for us anyway. To avoid sounding bad here...I am going to purchase the licenses but I consider that if there is no technical requirements to work it just makes my environment that much more resilient. I recall reading someplace that one of the TS 2003 licensing models has no technical requirements to work...that is you simply make sure you purchase enough licenses but the clients don't actually check if you have them.
