They'll require a new license on ther server.
You only need to delete the LServer directory on the server, or the
hklm\software\microsoft\mslicense from the client

Quick Question: Ive got a client who has a possible corrupted Win2k TS
Licensing Database.=20

If we delete it and re-create it will that impact the clients when
they
try to re-connect next time they log in? Or will they pick up a new
license automatically when their certificate expires?=20
