[THIN] TS Cals not renewing

Can anyone push me in the right direction to find out why our thin clients
aren't renewing their win2k TS Cals?  I've been searching all over the net &
cant' find an answer.  (We're running WYSE terms w/ Embedded NT Workstation,
Embedded XP, and WinCE)
