If you are renting a car get a room at the Hilton on Hotel blvd which is
also on the disney property. It is a 5 minute drive over to the conference
and a lot cheaper. You can get a cheap car rental on priceline.com. Last
year I had a van for $25 a day. Most of the conference is in the Dolphin
(which is a stones throw from the swan) so if you stay in the Dolphin it
makes it easier to run to your room between sessions if you need to.
