I HAVE had this happen to me MORE than once. Except they complain when the
search page is down.

LOL Jeff,

Here's a Tech Support call that got escalated to me a while back...

A users calls, says that "The Internet is Down"

I go over to her desk...she opens IE and her homepage is set to www.msn.com
which happens to be down for some reason. She needs to get to ups.com to
track a shipment. I type in www.ups.com and VOILA! it works.

Now the funnier part.

She asks me what I did to get there. I showed her again, slower this time,
how to type in the address at the top. She had always used the search
feature on msn.com to get to ups.com. She had NO idea she could type the
address directly.

--Never underestimate the stupidity of others.

Is the website down, is "is my internet broken"? ;)

        -Jeff
