[THIN] Stranges Issues about password

Hi all,
We are having more problems with the account locked,
using PN and it has established idle and disconection time, when it occurs
then the user login again but the password (is the same) but not accepts.
Then account is locked.
Any idea?
p.s: XPa FR2 SP2, W2K AD SP4.
