Does the event viewer on the machine that you are connecting from or connecting to give you any information? Magnus -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ryan Lambert Sent: Thursday, May 01, 2003 1:03 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Strange Issue with Wyse Winterm Here's the rundown... I can log into both a published app and directly to a terminal server desktop when my Winterm starts up. However when I get inside of the desktop app, I cannot connect directly to any Terminal Server. I tried from another machine, and I can both connect to the published application and to a Terminal Server directly. Other users inside of this Desktop application do not have any issues connecting to a TS. It will scroll the connection in progress bar and disappear as if the connection has been made, and then an error pops up that Network problems are preventing a connection... yadda yadda. It seems to be specific to my Winterm. I cannot think of anything that would cause this. I have tried changing my client name and assigning a static IP, just for the sake of trying. Any ideas? -- Ryan C.
