[THIN] Strange CMC login problem

I have a MF XPe farm (FR 2 W2K SP3) I have created  a Citrix Administrator 
the CMC. This account can log into the CMC (installed on a workstation) 
only if the account is set for "Full Administration" modifying even one 
setting  and the account cannot log into the CMC.

Anybody ever see this?
