[THIN] Speed requirements

I have been given the task to add up to 10 remote users to our network.
I plan on just giving them accounts on the network and giving them
access to our Citrix farm. Will a single full T1 line at their location
provide these 10 users fast enough access across the net into our farm?
The other uses of the connection will just be casual surfing.
