[THIN] Sound and Video

Hi all,

 

I have a few servers that my call center uses for Training.  I need to get
the best possible quality and sound out of these servers at the expense of
performance.  I thought I had set the Speedscreen settings correctly but
maybe not.  My sound is all static and sounds like a blown speaker.  Most of
the sound is coming in a Flash video.  Is anybody else have a setup like
this, I needs to get the sound and video fixed as soon as possible.
