Dear Citrix Certification Candidate:
Congratulations on the progress you have made toward the Citrix Certified
Enterprise Administrator (CCEA) certification! Our records indicate that
you have not yet accepted the CCEA agreement, which is a requirement for
certification. To accept the agreement, please follow these steps:
1. Log into Certification Manager at certmanager.net/citrix. Follow the
directions provided for first-time Prometric and eLearning
candidates if needed.
2. Once you are logged in, click Supporting Requirements in the
left-hand column of your Candidate Record.
3. Click âClick to Completeâ next to CCEA Agreement.
4. Click the link to download the agreement PDF in the appropriate
language (English or Japanese).
5. Once you have reviewed the PDF, check the Yes checkbox stating that
you are at least 18 years old and agree to the agreement.
6. Click the Submit button.
Once you have completed all certification requirements, including the CCEA
agreement, you will then be officially CCEA certified. A certificate will
be mailed to the address you have on record in Certification Manager.
Please allow four to six weeks for delivery once you are certified.
