Daniel,

I'm running Windows XP SP1 on this machine I am replying to you on.

In fact, I'm also running the 8.0 client on a published desktop to get
to my Outlook. MFXP FR3, Win2k SP4 Servers.

;-)

I think there are some other problems.

computer a) Windows XP, PN 7.00 =3D> all type of connections works fine
computer b) Windows XP, PN 8.00.24737 =3D> published apps work, =
published
Desktop (as app) doesn't work !!
Downgraded the Citrix-Client to 7.1 =3D=3D> no problems with
any apps any more

Anyone else sawing this happend ?

Perhaps client 8.0.24737 works fine with MPS30 but it doesn't seem to
work
with MF XP 1.0 FR3 !!!
By now I can not recommend this version of the client !

P.S. For me this doesn't seems to be a KB 323597 problem, because the
normal
published apps worked, or am I wrong. Anyway I did try the thing, that
are
described in the KB-article before.

Ciao, Daniel

The error in the MF Server EventLog was 1004 - The Terminal Server =3D
cannot=3D20
issue a client license.

Note I never recieved these before client 8.00.24737.

What's keeping you from getting more from your terminal servers? Did you
know, in most cases, CPU Utilization IS NOT the single biggest
constraint to scaling up?! Get this free white paper to understand the
real constraints & how to overcome them. SAVE MONEY by scaling-up rather
than buying more servers.
