[THIN] Solution: No users in CMC

About 4 weeks ago I posted a question about the CMC without users in the
User tab. However, the users were showing up in Terminal Server Manager.
Despite the help I got from the list, the issue remained unsolved.
The problem turned out to be the path variable: there was an IP-adres in the
middle of the path. Once we set it at the end (and rebooted) the users
showed up in the CMC.
