If you have UPHclean running , is UPHclean leaving you a message in the
event log at all ?
If so, what is the text in event viewer ?

Are you running any Pre Sp5 patches associated with the Citrix /SP4 issues ?

Have you checked the userenv.log located in %systemroot%\Debug\UserMode ?

Regards
