[THIN] Slow Printing

I have 2 customers that have recently upgraded received new PC's with WinXP
and loaded the latest 32bit client. THey are now complaining that printing
is EXTREMELY slow.
I have set the printers to "spool" and "start printing immediately" but on
the server side the printers remain at "print after last page is spooled"
Anyone have any ideas about speeding up the printing? They do have high
speed internet access to connect to us and no other slowdown issues.
