I have the same issue on a new build of Presentation Server 4.0 on 2003
Server SP1 with latest MS patches - but I am using GPOs (Folder
Redirection, Office ADM etc.)

I've tried ringing MS to no avail: my begging skills obviously need a
polish.

Why the begging process though? IMHO, *very* unprofessional on MS part.
