does it have to show all mapped drives initially?
start it with only one drive mapped by default to see if the speeds better?

I am publishing the Windows Explorer for some of my users and it is
running
painfully (and I mean painfully) slow.

        My environment is:

        MetaFrame XP FR1
        Win2K (all patched up)
Logged in and authenticated through Novell Client 4.83
IP Connection (NDS) to Novell 5.x File Server
        ICA connection to MetaFrame
ICA connections via dial-up, DSL and cable modems

        Any thoughts?

        Mark
