Since I use roaming profiles, it takes minutes for the users to log in
and the servers just become too slow.

        Are you seeing the issue where Trend constantly scans the user
home directory?
         
        If so, there is a hotfix available for that.

                                Nevermind - Servers slowed to a crawl
this AM.  Stopping Trend returned performance to normal.

                                So far, based on 2 servers out of 14,
the new 8.510-1003 engine appears to be running much better.  Will
probably put it on 3-4 more servers tomorrow.
