[THIN] Sizing for server

Will a single dual Xeon 2.4 with 2 GB of ram be enough power to have 20
concurrent users running Windows 2003 with Citrix MF XPs. The users will
all be running Office 2000 applications and a network accounting
application. Printing will be a a minimum and both the remote office and
the head office will have a full T1 for internet access. What are some
suggestions on amount of ram and processors per 10 users?
