You have to create a PASS THROUGH = 1 DWORD registry value.

Users must access a siloed published application from a published
desktop. This application must receive the name of the original client
as a parameter. (I am assuming this is best done by grabbing the
%clientname% variable set on the published desktop server)
I am way confused about how to accomplish this correctly in Citrix, PS
4.0, Win2k3.
