FWIW, I have shutdown.exe which is called REBOOT with file version 1.0.0.1
with copyright date of 1995. This is what came out of the Windows 2000
Server Resource Kit. If anyone wants this, I'll e-mail it over. Just shoot
me private mail.

The NT versin should work on w2k... From what I hear/seen... It is more
reliable that tsshutdn.exe and the w2k version of shutdown.exe.

They are different, you should be able to find it on the W2K resource kit
CD.

I have my NT 4.0 TSE servers set to reboot nightly with a script. That
script
uses shutdown.exe. Does anyone know if shutdown.exe will work on a 2000
server? Or is there a new version for 2000. If there is a new version,
where
can I find it.

Thanks

Greg
