[THIN] Shadowing in XP

Hi, Current Platform: Metaframe Xpa on Windows 2000 Server.
Trying to give User Shadow Rights but without being an administrator. I
have given user permission through Connection Manager and Delegated
Administrator Rights through CMC but it is still not working.
Installed CMC on her Computer but Shadow option is Greyed out. The only
way she can Shadow is if I add her as a Domain Admin which I dont want
to do. Help?>
