You gave them permissions to the TCP-ICA connection? And you don't have
any XPE policies in the CMC over riding that?

I have recently followed the same procedures outlined, and get the same
error message.

I have created a group for shadowing and followed all the instructions =

per citrix to give them the capability to shadow, but they are still =

receiving an error message stating:

Citrix Session Shadow Utility Error ERROR MESSAGE - Shadow Failed. Error

code 5 (Error 5 - Access is denied)

has anyone had this problem, and if so has anyone been able to correct =
=3D
=3D3D
it.  Any help would be appreciated.
