Subject: [THIN] Shadow Users group unable to shadow users

XPe, FR2. We have a security group defined as Shadow Users. These users
are configured as Administrators in the CMC with custom rights. I set up a
Policy for all users and granted the ShadowUsers group the right to shadow
them. I also went into the CCC and set the security permissions for the ICA
connection, giving them permission to shadow. And still, they can't. The
option is greyed out in the CMC. What am I missing?

Thanks,
Paul
