You can make a bootable CD to get into the NTFS drive..all you need is Barts 
Pebuilder and a copy of Windows XP SP1 or Windows 2003 Server and it will 
create an ISO for you to boot the system. You made need to play around and add 
scsi drivers for the server. Here is the link

It takes some fiddling to get all the drivers and plugins that you want on the 
CD right but it is worth spending an hour or two to figure it out as it will 
save you tons of time in the future.

You could also create a BartPE boot disk and replace or delete files on the
drive that way.
