[THIN] Sessions stay active despite being no longer connected

I am having an issue with users occasionally getting knocked off (WAN/Inter=
net related) a Citrix MF XP FR2/SP2 farm. The session shows "Active" =
status for a very long time i.e. >1 hr. If it try to shadow the session, =
Citrix finally updates the status to "Disconnected" status.The disconnect =
timer (set for 10 minutes) finally kicks in and closes the session when =
that is reached. Is there a tweak to have Citrix server find the correct =
status faster?=20
