[THIN] Session sharing

How do I trouble shoot session sharing? Are there any settings that need
to be turned on to make sure the sessions share? I made sure the
published apps settings are all the same as far as 16 bit and encryption
goes. I don't see why they won't share...none of the published apps are
sharing on my older server or the server I just rebuilt.
