No need to remove it, it was rolled into Hotfix 27.

Hotfix 027 did the trick! I just downloaded the hotfixes the other day and
now I noticed they removed PSE400R02W2K3002.msp hotfix. Any idea why this
disappeared from the Citrix website and should I remove it?

I did install R02 so I'll check into 027. I have restarted the IMA a few
times but no difference.

Thank you,

Did you install R02? There is a bug in R02 that is fixed by hotfix 027.

On another note, if session information is not coming up correctly there
could be a problem with the IMA service. I would try stopping and
restarting IMA service.

Subject: [THIN] Session Processes tab now displaying details

I just installed a new server into our current PS4 farm. When I use the CMC
and double click on a user's session the "Session Processes" tab comes up
blank except for the users on the Windows 2003 server. The servers that are
coming up blank are Windows 2000 servers running PS4.

Is this by design, bug, or hotfix?
