Are you running the Softricity SoftGrid client on the server by any chance? Steve Greenberg Thin Client Computing 34522 N. The servers reboot on a nightly bases but for the past couple of nights, the script runs but the servers don't reboot. I use psshutdown from sysinternals to shutdown the servers. If I connect to the server via RDP or ICA and try to restart the server, I am logged off the session but the server hangs while shutting down. The only way to resolve this is to hard reboot the server. No messages or unusual processes are running on the machine. Through some investigation using Terminal Server Manager, I noticed that each server has a DISCONNECTED (0) connection . When I reset the connection or the protocol, I receive no errors but the connection still shows up as being DISCONNECTED (0) Any server that doesn't have this DISCONNECTED (0) reboots without any issues. Is there any other way to reset the connections to a TS/Citrix server? Thanks
