I'm not sure if there will be DS issues but it is a good idea to stagger
the reboot. We only restart ours once a week. If you are using Windows
2003 and not a log of older apps with memory leaks you may want to
consider less frequent reboots.

Hi
I have 20 servers that I reboot nightly. I currently have a 5 minute
interval between reboots. Eg Server 1 reboots at 1:00AM, Server 2 at
1:05AM etc
Is there an issue if all servers are rebooted at the same time (Eg all
servers reboot at 1:00AM). Will there be any datastore issues on
startup?
