[THIN] Server not showing up in Qfarm

I have 1 server out of 28 Citrix MF XPe FR3/SP4 servers that just
started not showing up in the Qfarm command. It still shows up if I do a
Qfarm /load and it is still accepting connections and load balancing. I
have run a dscheck with the latest 3.5 version and everything checks out
ok.
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
