At a base level - your ZDC should be on the same fast network as the citrix
servers. 

I've not come across an issue with it being on a different vlan. Personally
tho' I'd keep all the citrix servers on the same vlan, if anything just to
be tidy and consistent.

Does it matter if the Zone Data collector is on a separate VLAN?  Should
this be moved with the Presentation Servers??
