If you log into a different server, and bring up server manager, you
should be able to stop the service on the locked server, from a good
server. These are not the only 2 servers you have are they?

I wish I could...when I say nothing is responding, I'm not kidding...no
console, no sessions, no remote RPC calls to see what the services are
doing
(or even get a remote service listing), no perfmon...nada.
