Before connecting from another server disconnect the cable from the
NIC's...maybe you can connect then.

These are the only two Metaframe servers, but I should be able to bring
up
server manager from any machine and open it if this is the
case...unfortunately, even bringing up server manager from a non-Citrix
server doesn't work...the connection times out.
It's as though RPC services just completely stop responding...
Very strange.

If you log into a different server, and bring up server manager, you
should be able to stop the service on the locked server, from a good
server. These are not the only 2 servers you have are they?

I wish I could...when I say nothing is responding, I'm not kidding...no
console, no sessions, no remote RPC calls to see what the services are
doing
(or even get a remote service listing), no perfmon...nada.
