Hi, RMS is simply pointing out that a cluster size of 512 bytes (standard for system drive on NT 4.0) is suboptimal. You can turn this warning off. If you don't mind going to a bit of extra trouble, converting your system partition to 6-8 GB NTFS (clustersize 4K) will give you significantly better system performance.
