I agree it is nothing about ego, but all about respect. and the use and
value of the imput given.  I do not imply any ranking if I had more votes,
Jim, Brian, Ron, and the three or four thousand others on the list would
have been included but I was only given one. and it is a democracy (I
hope).  I therefore chose on the basis of who and what has given me the most
help in the past.

Have a good New Year, to one and all, ( even if by your calander it is not
yet new year)
