[THIN] Seriously cool system monitoring tool from Quest

Hi People,
I was exploring some of the freeware tools from Quest Software and came
across this little gem, Spotlight for Windows.

The freeware version is slightly crippled (no eventlog), but this is the
tool perfmon should be.Automatic alrm mode, slideshow, history mode.
