If the farms are in different domains you need to establish a trust relationship between them. Right now you are logging in with user1 in domain1. If you add a farm from domain2, this domain needs to be able to verify the user credentials of user1. In case they are in the same domain you don't need the trust, because the authentication happens in the same domain. -PB ________________________________ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Eldon Sent: Wednesday, February 07, 2007 2:29 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Separate Farm's Apps I was reading the admin guide and it mentioned trusts - do I need to have a domain trust in order to enable multi-farm support? You should have separate ones, one for web and one for PNA. You specify the server for the additional farm(s). Is there some type of gateway I need to configure?
