There is nothing that indicates a hardware issue in the logs. This has
been an ongoing issue with us. Would you recommentd upgrading to SG
3.0...any gotchas with doing and upgrade?

Subject: [THIN] Secure Gateway deadlocks
Our farm is MPS 3.0 with a separate server in the DMZ with WI and
Secure Gateway 2.0. About once a week the secure gateway becomes
deadlocked and stops responding to requests through WI and the logon
screen fails to display. A reboot clears the problem. Any ideas on why
this keeps occurring and a possible resolution? thanks,
