[THIN] Re: Secure Gateway and SecurID

FWIW in the past we've used iChain @ the front end to do the NDS/RSA
authentication - then it is all one simple screen. The nfuse pages are then
auto-filled using functionality within ichain.

All worked rather neatly and even intergrated with CSG.

Unfortunately it was 2 pages - RSA went first and then if you passed it =
got to the NDS - we were in process of integrating it when they decided =
RSA was too Onerous - yeah right

Yep, using Project Williamette. Am going to check on the debug.asp
suggestion. How did you seperate your RSA and NDS authentication?=20

Thanks

I think we ran into similar issues early on. One thing worth looking at is =
=3D "debug.asp" available on the citrix site. This suposdly will assist in
=3D finding where the wheels fell off.

Other issues we found were we were running with an old client.

We never got to integrate the RSA/NDS piece - for a variety of reasons but =
=3D we had 2 authentication screens - RSA was first then the NDS - and it
=3D worked like a charm.

Oh yes - debug.asp also creates a file with the Nfuse.CONF file - =3D
sometimes you can spot "obvious errors" by perusing the printed file as =
=3D opposed to the GUI=3D20

mark, are you using project williamette?

I am configuring a CSG environment to use SecurID for authentication. My
SecurID authentication is successful but as the NFuse (1.7) portal page
opens I get the following error:

ERROR: The web server is configured incorrectly to authenticate you =3D3D
using your requested login type.=3D3D20

Has anyone seen this error before?

Thanks,
Mark
