Could do. Also check the version .NET frame work installed. Make sure it's the same version as what is supplied on the MSAM CD. MSAM is written for the earlier version .NET frame work and according to Citrix has issues on the latest one released from M$. Is there any errors in the event log? Any thing else I could check? -=Bill -----Original Message----- From: Tony Lyne [mailto:Tony.Lyne@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, October 29, 2003 1:58 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Secure Access Manager Just finished a project with almost the exact same configuration as yours. On your access center check your farm settings. Under published resources make sure you have the server farm name set and the XML port set. Under the servers tab put in the FQN of the citrix servers and make sure you have the address mode set. The last implementation I did we also used CSG so we had the server address mode set to Secure gateway first then set default to normal after this. No problems once this was done. It is with the CDA "Program Neighborhood", I keep getting an error message "All servers in the farm OURFARMNAME are currently unavailable. Try again later." I have all settings correct. In the event logs I get msg: "Failed to connect to MetaFrame server servername:8080: Status=RequestCanceled" Any ideas? XP Farm FR3/SP3 MS SP4 on SAM server Both are on the same subnet. I can ping both server from each other. Connection is fine. I can telnet to the XP server using port 8080 from the SAM server. -=Bill ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor Pearl Software Internet Monitoring, Filtering, and Control Solutions Enabling User & Group Level Oversight & Access Policies Fully Functional in a Thick or Thin Client Environment http://www.pearlsw.com ********************************************************** Useful Thin Client Computing Links are available at: http://thethin.net/links.cfm New!
