Hi,
Is that application is Win16 bit or 32 bit, and also check the permissions on
the application folders.

Anyone got any ideas on things I could try to get to the bottom of the
following behaviour:
We have an app that works fine running seamlessly on Win2000/MF XPa but when on
Win2003/PS4 it intermittently experiences freezes of about 5 seconds during
which time I can’t click on anything in the seamless app window, or click away
to another window on my machine. The app window is quite busy – its updated
frequently with data, I was wondering if there were any tweaks or registry keys
I can try which might help?
We’re having trouble tracking the cause down – I’ve tried disabling AV to no
avail. Not sure if its related or not but ProcMon seems to show IMASRV reading
imalhc.mdb whilst the problem occurs. The app works fine running within a
desktop sesson, we only see the problem running seamlessly on PS4

Many Thanks,

Steve
