You can use tscmd.exe provided to you on thethin.net it works rather well

Is there any way to script changes or make change from the command line to
the following attributes?
User Profiles:
User Profile Path
Terminal Server Path
Home Directory
Local Path
Terminal Server Home Directory
Local Path
The terms here were taken from the User Manager under Administrator Tools.
