Citrix printing tools address about 50-75% of our clients needs, Screwdriver
brings it to about 99%. It all seems to depend on the particular printers
you have to support and your connectivity environment. We always suggest
trying to get the stock Citrix tools working first and if you are satisfied
with that leave it alone. However, with the failure of some auto-connected
printers, certain print drivers, resolution issues, and low bandwidth
connectivity issues, ScrewDrivers is often needed to get it all working
right. When you have all network based printers with good NT/2000 drivers
there is no need for it. The value comes in mostly with remote users, low
bandwidth and printers that are poorly supported on NT/2000.

Anyone have anything good, bad, or indifferent to say about Screwdrivers
fxp? Just curious if anyone has used it yet.
